    Cancer is an umbrella term that actually refers to many different diseases of abnormal growth. The most common tumors in humans affect epithelial tissues, epithelial tissues. And these epithelial tissues will give rise to a cancer type called carcinomas. Carcinomas are cancers of epithelial tissues. Breast cancer, lung cancer pancreas cancer. Get this from a library. The Morton lecture on cancer and cancerous diseases: delivered at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Thursday, Nov. 29, [Spencer Wells]. I know Morton Walker and I've written three books on natural cancer healing myself.

In other words, I think I'm well-qualified to judge this book. Morton says in the book that this book is more important than the other 91 books he has written COMBINED.

I'll admit I haven't read all those 91 books, but I'll certainly take his word for it/5(19). The lectures below were all presented at Emory University by CancerQuest founder/director Dr. Gregg Orloff. The talks are targeted at advanced undergraduate biology students and do asume some previous biology knowledge.

The lectures cover the basics of cancer biology and touch on some of the causes of cancer, including viruses. Cancer treatments and drug resistance are covered in the last talk.
